The Boy, laughing, recently reported this conversation between he and the Wife: The Boy: Mom, did you bring my paraphernalia? (referring to soccer gear) The Wife: What?! Condoms, what do you need condoms for?! The Boy: No mom, my soccer stuff. Paraphernalia means gear, what did you think it meant? I think it's clear what she thought it meant, don't you? The Wife apparently had her mind in the gutter, that is why I love her so much.
